We, the people of the City of Lake Angelus, Oakland County, Michigan, under the authority of the Constitution of the State of Michigan and the laws of the State of Michigan, in order to secure the benefits of local self-government and otherwise to promote the common welfare of all citizens, do hereby ordain and establish and adopt this Charter for the government of the City of Lake Angelus, Michigan.
