§ 5.2. Ordinances.

Latest version.

The style of all ordinances shall be, "the City of Lake Angelus ordains." No ordinance shall be revised, altered or amended by reference to its title only, but the section or sections of the ordinance revised or altered shall be published in full, except as otherwise provided in this Charter. An ordinance may be repealed by reference to its number and title only. The effective date of any ordinance shall be prescribed therein.
