§ 6.8. Qualifications of Clerk, Treasurer and Attorney.

The Clerk and Treasurer of the City of Lake Angelus shall be electors of the City when appointed to office and during their respective terms of office. The City Attorney need not be a resident of the City but shall be an attorney at law, resident of and licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
