§ 7.3. Budget Document.

The budget document shall present a complete financial plan for the ensuing fiscal year and shall include those items required by the uniform Budgeting and Accounting Act, being Act 621 of the Public Acts of 1978, State of Michigan, as amended, or any State Act which may be applicable to municipal budgets and which shall supersede said Uniform Act.
