§ 812.13. RENEWAL OF FRANCHISE.

Unless the Franchisee is subject to a lawful revocation proceeding under Section 812.14, the Franchisee shall be entitled to a renewal of this franchise for a period of fifteen years, at the Franchisee's request, from the expiration of this franchise or any renewal hereof.
