§ 812.16. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

The Mayor shall sign this chapter and amendments and the City Clerk shall attest to the same. The City Clerk shall cause the notice of adoption of amendments of this chapter to be published within fifteen days after their passage, at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of Lake Angelus. They shall be effective on the date of their publication, provided that within thirty days thereafter, the Franchisee shall provide the City with its written acceptance.
