§ 414.01. FIRE LANES ESTABLISHED.

Public or private fire lanes, as deemed necessary for the efficient and effective use of fire apparatus, may be designated by joint action of the Chief of Police of the City of Lake Angelus and the Fire Chief or Fire Marshall of any fire department providing service to property in that area. In addition, those officials may, by joint action, impose reasonable requirements for access from streets to structures as necessary for fire protection and other emergency services.
