§ 1420.01. ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE.

Assumption of Responsibility. The City of Lake Angelus assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of the State Construction Code, as amended, within its political boundary pursuant to the State Construction Code Act of 1972, as amended.
