§ 1430.01. PURPOSE AND INTENT.

This is a chapter to amend the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lake Angelus for the purpose of providing minimum standards and clear and specific property maintenance requirements for existing buildings and structures and premises and vacant land in the City to protect persons and property from harm and damage, provide responsibilities for property owners, and provide penalties for violation.
