§ 656.99. PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is responsible for a civil infraction and shall be subject to the provisions of Section 202.99(d) of the Codified Ordinances. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Penalties may be imposed regardless of whether or not the violation is abated upon notice and demand.
