§ 658.01. NUISANCE DEFINED.

As used in this chapter, "nuisance" means whatever endangers, damages, injures or threatens the health, safety and welfare of persons or property, offends public decency, interferes with, obstructs, renders dangerous, damages or threatens any lake, stream, waterway or public or private road, or in any way renders the public insecure as to its health, safety and welfare, including, but not limited to, the specific nuisances set forth in this chapter.
