§ 1050.12. DUE UPON CONFIRMATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL; EXCEPTION.

All special assessments, except such installments as the City Council shall make payable at a future time as provided in this chapter, shall be due and payable upon confirmation of the special assessment roll.
