§ 412.05. SUBMITTAL OF BILL BY CITY TREASURER.

As soon as practicable after receiving itemized costs and expenses incurred for an emergency response, the City Treasurer shall submit a bill for those costs and expenses by first class mail or personal service to the person liable for the expenses as set forth in this chapter.
