§ 1050.08. CITY ASSESSOR TO MAKE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL.

The City Assessor or his or her designee, shall make a special assessment roll including all lots and parcels of land within the designated district benefitted by the proposed improvement and allocate an assessment amount to each lot or parcel of land based upon the proportionate amount of special benefit to be derived by each from the public improvement. The amount spread in each case shall be based upon the detailed estimate of costs as approved by the City Council as set forth in Section 1050.07. The special assessment roll shall be filed with the Clerk and forwarded to the City Council.
